Anyway I would have no choice but to put that LH in my mod if that happened. I don't think it is possible, but it would be funnier if her negative reaction was Bush walking in, going for the massage, and then her doing that shoulder shrug thing as he walks out of the scene. That would be awesome.

Well, Isabella's would work by simply changing the animation files. But if you wanted Boudica's you'd have to do a skeleton swap I think. I've never done that before so I don't know how to tell you to do it. So long as it works though, I could take it how it is now.

Maybe rename Boudica's bone(s) (if it needed) and NifSwap it. That's all. Then try animation. I tried this with NifSwapping Huang Ti to Genghis, and it was work! There was only some bug at his hands.
