Sutruk: hhmm...is it only me, or is there either something wrong with the crown or the hair?

Yes. I remade his crown and hair.

And imho the beard looks too big.

I know this. They liked big beards.
Besides that: Interesting combo. Not sure if i get who's all in that LH.

Both of those LHs look great, however I would argue that the Sutruk LH still looks far too much like Cyrus. It just looks like Cyrus dressed up to go to battle really, rather than a new leaderhead. That would be my only gripe with it, it is well put together though.

Well I reskined him to look much darker. But not very dark. And I deleted wrinkles.


Maybe he need another color of shirt?

But if you look at the hair above the crown, and the hair under the crown (just directly at the outer left), i think the border upon and under the crown do not fit togehter.
Could you maybe make a screenshot from another position?

Honestly, I see nothing wrong with this guy; the hair is correct the way that it is. The only potential weakness is that he's basically a cut-and-paste job (he's Cyrus wearing various parts of Gilgamesh). Nevertheless, he's a fine looking cut-and-paste job. Well done, Den9510.

I think he looks good but if you have extra time take the redness out of his nose and maybe widen his nose just to differentiate him more. other than that

This isn't Shutruk! Look at picture.

But your LH look very nice. You can swap Shutruk and Lugalzagesi. He looks like Sumerian.
But you can make his nose bigger. And:

The hair thing is actually a trick of angles, believe me, this happens when you are only looking at a still screen-shot. If you guys remember Igor had similar complaints about his Sumerian LH and there is actually no issue with the hair, it is just the way the hair is shaped that it seems that way when you are viewing a still photo.

I think what you should do here is give him different hair, that will go a long way to make him look different than Cyrus. I would also follow Ekmek's advice and change his nose, that will help a lot. Finally I'd simply reskin his robe (maybe to white or purple) just so it looks a bit less like Cyrus' clothing. But as I said before, the LH looks great, but it just looks like Cyrus on a different day.

It's easier to see, what problems there could be, if you mentioned them.
Just saying "bad" doesn't help.

For me, this LH doesn't look like any of the others in Civ4, i can't see why you say it's bad.
