Control 3 cities in 4 different landmasses?
Is landmass the same as continent? Is Turkey suppose to be a colonizing(unhistorical) power in this?

As far as I know, RAND still models the real continents like Asia, Africa, Europe etc. when it creates a map, and at least on average to high realism settings it should be possible to discern what is what.

Ottomans had land in Asia Europe and Africa. What could the 4th landmass be? Is Anatolia consider a separate land?

In RFC RAND it means 4 continents or islands (or Landmasses as they are named in the code). This means as long as it is a sealocked area.
