For the guilds you get 4 in every game but you need to unlock them by researching the right techs, in one the last save with the world spell of amurites in play i researched the Trade tech which unlock the 3rd guild and i got it without problemsI've also noticed that I'm not getting access to any other guilds, despite what the civilopedia says. I only ever get two.
Also, on the list of minor things, the irrigation link in the farm listing doesn't actually go anywhere. I thought maybe it was bugged, but I figured out how it worked. Just not described.
the techs that unlock guilds are: Barter, Currency, Trade and Wealth of Empires.
The irrigation concept is referred to when the improvement have access to fresh water, it's a vanilla concept and yes the link doesn't go anywhere, i don't know if it's planned for a fix but i will discuss it with SpyFanatic to see if he can do something about it
