So at the moment it looks as if the only thing stopping Lake Titicaca and Mount Everest from becomming ingame wonders is the contents of the folders in terrain > Pieces.

Well, Lake Titicaca was announced at one point, and it does look like it, but I suppose we aren't certain about that.

That being said, I can't possibly imagine that icon is the Galapagos, though. The only other idea I ever read for it was the Everglades (which, while cool, seems unlikely).

They are within the Building Atlas and first technology atlas. They are scrambled so you need another tool (A link to which was posted earlier)

After opening UITexture.fpk with Dragon UnPACKer, I've found some interesting stuff. As has previously been mentioned, there is wonder art for both the Panama Canal and the Three Gorges Dam, as well as a file for the LHC that is only black. There is also another Natural Wonder that has been guessed to be Lake Titicaca. However, there is more within the file...

Reminds me of the Portuguese UB from CivIV.

Yeah, I think these might be Carrack and Feitoria as well. Next DLC Portugal and Kongo + Scenario !?

Are there any .fpk files for units that may have some additional clues? Perhaps about units left out of the game? There must be a biplane and privateer (I know in the new world scenario this was present) in there somewhere. Perhaps an Impi Warrior or a redcoat might be found hidden as well.

Looking through UnitTextures.fpk, so far I have found (Since for some reason I can only see skins) the galleon skin, and that appears to be it from the skins, opening up Nexus now to see the models

I only saw the Galleon when I was browsing though, but I didn't have a good look and it turns out the galleon is the rennaisance embarked model
