No Cheating, unless it makes Sirian's job a ton tougher (he can guage it), is passed.

Since there were 4 votes for No Cheating, and only 1 so far for City Flipping stuff, and there is only 1 more team left to vote, there is no way City Flipping or anything else can pass with a majority. Therefore: this poll has ended, with No Cheating as the only option selected.

Ruleset ... we're just waiting on the patch (maybe in a week or so), then we can do the ruleset in a few days (or even now while we wait), so maybe two weeks until the start?
