Uncap corporation

Dear Leoreth. Thank you for thousands of hours over the last 20 years.

I think one of the more fun parts of doc is to monopolies resources while balancing stability.

I want to try a game where the buff from company resources is uncapped. More resources = more effect.

I looked through corporations.py but did not find anything obvious. Please hint direction. I can program np

Especially playing as Persia. Getting 3/9 is almost free. I want a reason to conquer China.
That being said, maybe corporation resources should follow “normal” city resources rules. So capital corporation gains access to everything but periferi city with access to no resources gains no corporation
