Yeah, I've recently discovered weed too. Definitely beats drinking by a long shot.

Drinking beats weed in so many ways. The euphoric feeling is much better, it's cheaper, and isn't illegal and doesn't have the following of gayass pacts of stoners.

I am underage and drink at every possible opportunity. It's really a way just another way for me to relax. I know my limits and I have the willpower to set them.

I dunno about being cheaper - a normal person at the active parts of a party has what 6 - 10 drinks or shots in 4 hours and 2 blunts that 5 people can smoke from cost what 10 bucks (okay more if you are not selling your self and it is something super strong) but generally it's cheaper.

Not everyone who smokes is a stoner. All of my friends work and/or are full time college students.

A stoner party would be one where no one drinks or dances and there are hardly any chicks

With weed, no such nonsense. And the "high" is much better, though I guess it depends on how good your bud is.

Underage, never have, never will. I've seen first hand in many a relative what that stuff does to you if you're not careful.

Anything else, I don't need to be drunk or be high to have courage, be creative, be sociable, etc. So I have no real need for it.

Oh and I'm all for more freedoms, however I don't see the logic in giving someone the ability to drink the same time they get the ability to drive....So I understand why the age is where it is right now.

Underage, don't drink, and likely never will. I just don't see the facination with alcohol.

Oh, and minimum drinking age should be 18. Just because I don't drink doesn't mean others shouldn't.

I am 19 and I have drank wine coolers at my wedding and when my mom visited. I have never been drunk or have drank with friends. Usually I just drink one or two.

Another thing I'll add to this:

The hardcore drinking party animals I know are always obnoxious and big-headed. Arrogant too.

The weed tokers I've met have all been pretty chill people on the whole. Some are more friendly than others, but they're less intimidating than "frat boys".

It really depends, but I don't want some wanna-be intellectual nutjob as a friend or an arrogrant prick either.

Anyways, on what you said earlier, you don't always get hangovers, and aurond here weed is fairly exspensive, not to mention illegal.

I thought you were from Southern Cali ? what does an ounce of regs. run you? (according to one of the stoners you know, since I take it you don't drink).



*It depends on who you hang out with as far as the crowd goes - I hang out with people I've known since grammer school (or at least the core crew of 7 of us)

(I live in SoCal too) The stoners are just a pretty scary bunch. I can see them virtually every day lol. In contrast, alcohol drinkers aren't necessarily conspicuous. You don't look at a guy and know he gets wasted every friday.

Becareful that could be dangerous

The first time I drank heavily I was in 10th grade and took 15 shots within 3 minutes of 120 proof rum ..... I allmost died Not cool, a learning lesson .... but, not cool. It was the day after Halloween and the house stank of chocolate too

Allways wanna wait a few min. after a shot to see where you are at.
