First of all, a big thanks to the team that is making this package of mods. Secondly, do any of you guys know if I need to uninstall the previous version before installing the new one that has just been released?

Use the installer, it'll override the previous files.

Was Political treatise mechanics changed from vanilla BNV? I used it around turn 100 to get 1900 culture and unlock a aestethics policy that gives a GP. I chose GW for another Political treatise at the same turn but he only gave me 1300. I thought it was supposed to give you culture based on what you generated over a few turns before the birth of GW so how come I get different values on the same turn? Playing Indonesia on Emperor, 400 culture per turn at that time (around turn 100), much of it from goddess of festivals, standard modpack for Vox Populi.

yes, those u get from wonders, tenets or by faith purchase are weaker, or buged. dont know. im experiencing it too with scientist.

They were nerfed to make Academy/Great Writings more attractive because overall (+2000 culture or +2 culture/tourism? pssh I rather take the instant culture/+2000 science or +8 science?)

ok they got nerfed, but why i can get by borned GS 20K science and from those i get another way much more less, almost half of it.

Hey, is this up-to-date? Guess not, seeing it still mentions CBP instead of VP, but thought it'd better to ask. While impractical, I guess I'll go over all the release posts going back to a year or so to keep up with the changes, would you like me to copy-paste them to wiki or sth? I think it makes better sense to create a changelog that way.

They used to be here: http://civ-5-cbp.wikia.com/wiki/Changelog. I have no idea who was keeping it and why they are posted on main CPP thread only now. I didn't find any in Github either, but then again I'm not too familiar with the project.
