Unique Buildings for RT Updated Quests
This is a minor updated to FramedArchitect's excellent Unique Buildings for RT that fixes the quests. This is particularly important for spy agency quests if you want full spy functionality. I did discuss this briefly with FA (who has gone back to mainly playing Civ V) and he told me to feel free to update this myself, so here it is.
