about Candi, its very good when you dont go for own religion, and on larger maps. In my last game I had 5-8 religions in my cities, and most of them were on rivers. So if I was Indonesia (it wasnt the case unfortunately :)) i'd be receiving another ~80 faith per turn (which would effectively double my faith output) to buy great people and stuff. So i think you guys are wrong.

About Krepost, its useful when you dont go Tradition. Without tradition, borders grow painfully slow. Especially in your Petra city, as desert hills are added last.

This really isn't that much better than the walls of babylon. It's just a great work that you need to already have walls to build.

Ikanda is a barracks replacement which is only going to be relevant in cities that are producing melee units. The real strength of the Zulu is late game: with autocracy and Brandenburg, you can produce Artillery/naval units that roll out of the city with logistics.

The Paper Maker is a little better than it looks. No maintenance on top of the +2 gold means you are getting +3 gold per city (better than Church Property) and every city is going to have a library.

Also, the Candi no longer requires fresh water. I think this moves it up in the UB spectrum a little bit. I would definitely vote it over some of these now. Want to bring it back?

Maybe after the patch is fully completed. After all, I did deliver the final blow to it.

Mughal Fort- 5 India is designed for tall development. The tourism gained from this building is rather weak and negligible unless you do the unorthodox and go wide. Then it might offer +2 tourism per city but good luck in dealing with unhappiness.

Mughal fort was a lot better with the old Honor and without the nerf to large puppet empires.

Paper Maker's gold bonus is a bit boring, but still very powerful. The extra gold also makes trade routes slightly more lucrative and helps pull trade routes from other civs to you.

Paper Maker- 25 A building that not only costs no maintenance, but GIVES you gold instead? This is quite a powerful bonus given how early you acquire this. It also plays good in the late game, as any subsequent cities you make will almost instantly get this right off the bat.

Ducal Stable- 18 + 1 = 19 - Bonus Production AND Gold per Pasture is good. The +15 XP for Mounted Units is a tad lame, but it's still an extremely strong building (despite the fact that it's a Stable replacement, you actually want to build it!)

I don't know who voted this down, but they obviously haven't tried to war with the Zulus. The Ikanda replaces a building all warmongers want anyway, and gives insane promotions to the units built there.

Royal Library is the worst thing left at this point. The only real advantage it provides is a marginal 10 xp for units built in the city, which by itself would be good, if it weren't for the restriction of having to get a work of writing stored in it. Assyria isn't going to be headed towards a cultural victory anyway.

Tested Hanse today, very good building that has great synergy with freedom level 3 policy. With Germany CS trade routes are actually more useful than regular.

Satraps Court is just bank with 2 happiness, pretty boring compared to Hanse.
