Unit NIF Problems

I made a unit based on the African War Elephant by coffee junkie. But I have a small problem. When I view it in nifscope...

But in game, the rider decides to ride the Mumak's ear.

Hm, the orignal file seems to be okay as far as I can see. Could you post your modified files? I would like to take a look at them.

Sure. I don't know anything about shaders vs. non-shaders, so I've only got one main file.

The two versions included are the version seen above, and one where I used rotation/transform to get him in almost the right spot.

The original version works fine for me by just setting all the Translation and Rotation values of the body mesh (Editable Poly@#0.015) to zero.

I used the the orignal animation files for it, do you by chance use modified ones?

Haven't got a chance to test it. Thanks for your help, I'll check as soon as possible. :thumbsup:
 
I got it working! I was using the wrong animation (Regular War Elephant instead of Carthage one). Many thanks, SaibotLieh!
