I dont have any way of creating my own units so could someone make unit like this:

art-056.gif

Aurora spy plane, Robot Attack Sub or Catapillar-drive Sub, and Predator Drone.

EDIT: Updated request here ,with pictures.

I would like a realistic-looking Green Beret unit. I tried using the "Commando", and for some reason it turned up blue, and really didn't look all that great. The Spetznaz was truly incredible, possibly the best I've seen for the "foot soldier" unit... I'd like a Green Beret foot soldier with the same quality.

Can someone make a Taco Stand Unit...it would need to have a person pushing a Unit like a Hot Dog Cart...wearing a sombrero and a little chiwawa following him. His weapon would be slinging Tacos...let me know if someone can help out!

Umm I would like to request a couple, but I would liek someone to jsut produce one first (so I can ok the style and type...).

I need a Lord of the Rings type Elvish longbowman.

If you need a model, make it sort of like legolas, but with a darker side...

just a suggestion...

Once you come up with one, either post here or pm me. (preferably both)

If I like tthe style, I may ask you to do more elvish units for my mod ( I will credit u for the units)

I would like to see a martial art unit
For Asian units "Karate" or "Mu Tai" or other
For South American Untits "Capoeira" maybe

the should be the replacemnet for the normal warriors
or a upgrade between warrior and swordman/samurai (because they better than a wild warrior but not as effective as a trained swordman.)

I know it is not historical prooven to have superb hand fighting units in 3000BC, but hey ,it's just an idea

I am in the process of creating a French and Indian War scenario for Conquests. As this is my first attempt at creation, I need some help for units. Any help is always appreciated. With that said, here are desired units:

1) French Regulars. Please look at the links below for pictures. I would like both types to be created, as in red collar/cuffs and blue collar/cuffs since I intend to use both. Also, the units MUST be armed with muskets, as in the picture for Regiment de Bearn. I also ask that the attack graphic has the soldiers standing rather than kneeling. Here are links:

2) British Regulars: the standard Redcoat. Is this unit already floating around out there? My only request is that the leggings are white and the redcoat covers the arms fully (as in 2nd from left in 231). Preferable cuff colors are white and blue only (as in 231's far left). See pictures below. Also, a standing attack feature would be preferable to kneeling.

3) Canadian Militia and American Militia. This is open largely to creators ideas. A picture of my thoughts is posted below. Ideas welcome from all.

4) Canadian Regulars and American Colonial Regulars. Not sure how these would have looked, but an idea I had was to have them be the same as the other Regulars except change the hat, leggings, or some other article of clothing. Ideas welcome from all.

5) Indian Musketman. I believe this is floating around there somewhere... does anyone have a good link?

6) Scottish Regulars. optional. If made, only request is that it has a kilt and maybe the tall British grenadier hat (is that historically accurate?).

7) Light Infantry for both the French and British. Optional. If made, same outfit as the regulars, just a different hat. Not necessisarily needed as the militia will perform the same functions.

8) Grenadiers, both British and French. Again, optional. British grenadiers must have tall hat. French grenadiers, I am unsure of how their uniform differed from regulars.

9) Anything else that anyone comes up with as an idea relating to units, maps and the scenario itself. All ideas are welcome!

Thank you to those who attempt creation. Any work will be very much so appreciated. Please PM me with ideas, thoughts, or if you are planning on helping me.

I was wondering if any of the unit creaters good at ship units could make a naval cruise missile for me. It would look like a caravel with barrels of gunpowder on its decks. The attack anamation would be the ship bursting into flame and drifting into the target, it would then explode. I got the idea for this light-it-and-forget-it naval unit while watching the history channel. The english used this tatic agianst a larger Spanish fleet. I think making this unit should be quite easy, just modding some existing units, but I don't know jack about anamation...

Thanks!

I would be glad if somwone makes a Dwarven Crossbowman (a badly needed classic I think).

If somewone wants to do something more special whats with one of these

these are drwaven battlewalkers with steam engines, usefull for all fantasy mods with crazy dwarven warmachines and for industrial era in all Battlemech mods :crazyeye:

Can someone make a modern US infantry with camo?

jjkrogs, I think someone did make a Green Beret a while ago try looking through the old unit library and see if it's there.

Having zero talent, I humbly ask that someone create a Babe Unit that you can use to bait the AI as seen in the picture below and more fully described HERE and used in action in THIS thread. It could replace either the explorer, and/or be a 0.0.2 ancient unit but be much more pleasing :) to look at. If it could be animated to "jiggle" ;) all the better.
Anyone who does this immediatly gets a spot on the Wall of the Greats

I wish for a road and rail construction truck, would require much the same resources as a tank but be only able to contruct roads and rails, also be automated to do such.

Having played some of the mods and becoming overwhelmed with ideas, found that I am in need of more animal units, without humans as they will be either barbarians or an optional civ.
I do need however more animals of various types, and elemental-based units.

The mod idea is that humans have crashed upon a planet and the inhabitants, being the animals have decided to fight against the invaders.
The techtree will consist of earth, wind, fire, water, metal and wood.

Such is the idea.
Currently working on the techtree.

Figure on going in the direction for units:
Cats
Reptiles
Raptors
Bears
Wolves
Spiders and other predatory insects
Sea animals

I've always considered my self to be somewhat a naval guy when it comes to civilization and now that i'm trying to put together my own little spanish conquest mod for civ 3 vanilla, I have discovered, despite the massive quantity of great quality naval units that there is no ship which looks 'exactly' like this one:-

cortezsplash.jpg

(Preferably with full sails).

i apolagise if this unit has already been made or if it has already been suggested.

Oh, and maybe can someone make a unit that looks like Hernan Cortez himself in the form of a military leader unit.

Cheers
