I decided that I wanted to be the Kingdom of Jerusalem, while I was waiting for myself to spawn, this popped up((I think it was something like three turns earlier)):

It happened again at turn 140((Might have kept Autoplaying like with the first one)). I just downloaded.

This is extremely unlike uccurence as it means that Buyids could not be spawned due to lack of free land... the Abbasids must have gone on a infinite city sprawl. I'll make some safeguard for this.
