The Throne Room and Palace are back!

The Throne room and Palace were sorely missing from the original Civ 4.
You'll now be able to upgrade your Palace anyway you want at various points in the game. For example, your first military victory, first built wonder and when you first build your Palace.
When you fulfill a condition the game will be paused, simply ALT-TAB out of Civ 4, push the start button (windows users only), goto 'All Programs' then 'Accessories' then start MS Paint. And away you go. When you're done go back into Civ 4 and upload your .BMP file.​

The Throne room will be much like the Civ 2 throne room. Upgrades will happen when you discover a new Civic. You'll be able to choose from a selection of tapestries, rugs and columns, but the best part is the throne itself. You'll be able to choose what is made out of be it Ebony, Ivory or Porcelain​

I suppose that means two new resources on the map, Ebony and Porcelain? Eh... I mean Ebony and Kaolinite, the important ingredient in Porcelain.

That depends on the size of the throne room. Some of them - especially those with porcelain - are quite small.

Then again, maybe the expansion needs some new units: Slave Girl Dancers and - for the balance of the game - Slave Boy Dancers.

There’s to little sports in Civ 4, so here are some suggestions:

Wonder: The Holmenkollen Ski Jump. +10 if built on snow. +5 if built on tundra. -20 if by mistake built in jungle or desert.

Wonder: Páirc an Chrócaigh. +10 attitude versus any Celtic leader, -10 attitude versus any English Leader.

National wonder: Alpine Ski Resort. Can only be built in impassable mountains. +2 , -2 .

Wonder: Tour de France. Prereq. Wheel and Medicine. -5 .
