Title pretty much covers it. After spring update, ever time I meet a new civ i get the little notification in the lower right, but the civ screen doesnt appear and my whole ui disappears. I cant click on units or do anything except bring up menu and quit game. disabled all downloaded content except official dlc. same issue. will be trying fresh install next but wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts incase this doesnt work
