I've been using worldbuilder for a while, and I have the Play Your Custom Maps mod from kantorr which has worked great. I guess there was some kind of change in an update, because now there is the "advanced mode" in worldbuilder, and whenver I save it creates "untitled map mod" in my mod list. Very undesirable and messy.

I'd rather not have to edit a map all in one go to avoid it, and I'd rather using advanced mode didn't create an untitled mod, but at the very least, does anyone know how or where to delete these superfluous non-mods so they don't appear on the list?

Thanks in advance.

It seems all worldbuilder maps files will appear in the additional content menu now, whether they are included in a mod or just in the worldbuilder saves folder. You can change the text tags so they don't appear as unknown mods, but they can't be hidden.

what I want to know is why, even when custom maps are now .lua files that rivers STILL don't get ID's and don't flood in GS.
For the love of God, I've tried so many things at this point. From using Yet (not) Another Bit Map Converter by Zobtzler (which worked but I'm having difficulty with start locations), to manipulating Firetuner, and everything in between. Clearly I'm a dummy when it comes to modding, but I just want to play my custom maps that flood. Its literally the only thing keeping me from playing the game. If anyone reading this has a solution... holdin out for a hero

I can share a template mod that you can add custom LUA maps to, using YnAMP as a dependency to handle the river generation, which should fix the IDs and flooding. Optimized World on the Steam Workshop uses this method and the converter you mentioned, if you want to have a look at how it was done there.
