Up to 8 Player Map with same starts

Don't know how much demand for a map like this will be there (since not so many ppl were interested in the 1on1), but I'll post it anyways. Same procedure - exact equal starting positions, down to the last tile (I hope, if not, plz mail me to correct any errors)). Two continent with 4 players each, this time I tought at least the first two should start on the same continent (more exciting), but that's up to the host, of course.
I changed the values of dye and silk to +2 commerce so we'd have at least some variety on each continent.

This map should be the most fun with 8 players and I would like to test it with some people, but I guess I'll open up another thread for that tomorrow.

Edit: I changed the map a little because when I posted the picture, I realized there was a recognizable shape there that I had no intention of putting there (especially since I'm german). So it's gone now...

Yes, I decided to have smaller "areas" for each player (so ppl would get together earlier, plus if you conquer one whole island, that's still pretty big), but also, of course, now everything is 8x there, meaning it can't be as random looking as the first. I still tried to make it not look like a 10min job (which it wasn't).

I'm sure a lot more people were interested in it, just a pity not more people write an opinion in the thread....
A question for everybody: I've seen in some threads a statistic of how often a file was downloaded, can someone tell me how this is done, this would show how many peaple are really interested in a map....

There is also a statistic for this file - so far it has been downloaded merely 4 times.
Doesn't really look like ppl want such a kind of map, which really surprises me.

i just downloaded this map, have not really looked at it or played it yet. i am looking for equal maps like this, do you have anymore or know where i can get any, i need one for a mod and do not want to make one on my own, would rather start with something and then modify it as i need.
