Boy am I glad it was cleared up that this is not in the game though. It would have been like introducing the Holy Roman Empire as a civ and making Charlemagne its leader.![]()
Good lord! You guys are putting way too much into this. Can't you just enjoy a game as a game without needing a bunch of dreary scientific explanations as to why it should/shouldn't be included?
Here's one: All the units in the game are unrealistic because they are out of scale with the cities.

This already exists. I don't know if it's a persistent area or just as random as the event itself, but I did lose an Attack Submarine at sea thanks to it."Bermuda Triangles" or spots on a game map where ships and planes mysteriously disappear.
