Mine is a song allusion, not that it's terribly clever -- it's the title of a contemporary Christian song I liked as a teenager.

The Tighnahulish Kid
My username is a dumb word I made up ten years ago.
My user title, on the other hand, is a slightly complex Scottish in-joke. I'd just watched Blazing Saddles and though "The [remote Highland town] Kid" would be a funny title. My first idea was "The Tighnabruaich Kid", because "Tighnabruaich" even sounds remote, but, I didn't want to give people the impression that I was actually from Tighnabruaich- I've never even been there- so I substituted it for the fictional "Tighnanhulish", from the Scotitsh sit-com Still Game. I don't know if that actually qualifies as clever, but it's the sort of thing you feel clever if you recognise, which is almost the same thing.

Mine's just a reference to my home town/a racehorse named after it/local businesses named after that.
