Video Flickering

Seems to happen fairly randomly. I get Video Flickers. It usually seems to "spike" from the center of a screen, and most often when I have a city in the center of the screen.. I have had it happen after the very first city got settled, plus, my system is pretty up to date(See DXdiag file in sig).

any ideas?

What kind of monitor do you have?
