I love how they're blatantly using the Castlevania Engine for that game :)

Correct, I guess my first attempt was a little too easy.

I don't see any problems with easy questions. I have asked too hard questions and kept this thread for days.

That was an EASY question ???? :dubious:
You are joking right ?

What's this game?

You are probably right, depends on the person I guess. Like the Oregon Trail question, it seemed a few people didnt know it, but as soon as I saw that screenshot all my grade school day memories came rushing back.

As for the new question, I feel like I have played this game in an arcade before but I cannot remember a name.

Darn, he was clever enough to give it a sensible name.

Alright, it looks quite similar to an old MegaDrive/Genesis game I once had, but the name of that game fails me also. How annoying.

I'd have guessed NES for no particular reason. Judging from screenshots, it doesn't seem to be "Vroom", but i might be wrong.

Well I haven't seen it on all platforms so I wouldn't know.

wow i wasnt alive back then so i have no clue.
Hopefully some more recant games will be in this game also.

NEC Turbografx-16 (PC-Engine) or it's follower TurboDuo are the only consoles matching the description. Other 8-bits are too old and all other post 1990 consoles are 16-bit. Only game I found for US-Turbografx looking anything like your screenshot is Victory Run though I suspect if it's the correct answer.

It's not Turbografx-16. I don't know if this console was released outside Britain, and the cartidges could work on a rereleased version of the microcomputers. The company who made the console is owned by the 71st richest person in Britain.
