It's part of series of games, many people (including myself) consider to be the best in the series. If nothing else, much better than the last one before it.

Wow, that was a long shot. I have never heard of the game and was just making an educated guess based on "manga" and "sequel".

I was at a complete loss until I noticed the curved walls at the edges of the pic. Never got a chance to play the game, I always wanted to.

I highly reccommend it, if you are into building games at all. It is very light hearted, but challenging nevertheless.
Edit: "It" refering to Startopia, not going to the toilet.
In case you are out of questions i'd be happy to oblige...

It's one of those games I always championed, but always due to computer specs/time constraints etc I never got a chance to play it. Hell, my former flatmate had it, I just never got round to it.
