video option tweaking

I have the min req's but not the recommended req's..... Please advise as to how to adjust each of the 9 video option setting from high to low to maximize quality?

Since you only have the min you'll have trouble getting much. You can try bumping up the quality settings and see how much lag you have moving around and stuff.
