the civ4 is my first game of civ series ,i have read some articles about the strategy ,but i still not play well ,who can make videos to teach us how to play the great work.thanks

I don't know about a video, but there is a Civ IV 'Walkthrough' that was put together by Sullla, that has helped a lot of people...I know it helped me a lot when I started playing. It goes through a whole game, and has lots of screenshots showing different aspects of a game.

Do a search, and you should be able to find it. I would suggest that you start there...it might be just what you are looking for.

You can also try the built in tutuorial. While it doesn't go into much detail, it covers enough of the basics that you should soon be able to move into a game at the lowest difficulty.

Secondly, this forum is an excellent resource for both new and experienced players. Use the search function, look through some of the strategy threads, and beginner questions can always be directed to the Quick Answers/Newbie Questions thread.

i used to find in civ 3, i was excellent at multiplayer, coming first in like 75% of games, but was rubbish at single player, not get much further than warlord :O

ummm thats not the case in civ 4 lol, pretty good at multiplayer games and i now play prince level on single player and still improving

Try to play Tutotial mode. He could tell you a lot of things. Play team game in MP and watching your teammate what he do. He also tell you what to do, how you r wrong, etc.
