Warhammer Fantasy Mod 2.1

the server is a bit fricked up at the moment, so let it be for a couble of days and you'll be able to download the patches.

i,ve already downloaded it from here (it seems that the servers worked a little time) and guys, this mod rocks! its the best warhammer mod (and most complete) that i,ve seen for a game

I don't know if you care abut this but I had an idea how you can use different Army-Units like the Sauron Standard Bearer ore the Asian Army Unit from CTP in the Warhammer mod.
Just cancel the "Build Army every x turns ability" of the War Academy and create a bunch of small wonders which build the Civ-Types Army Unit, comes with an Civ-Type-specific Tech (for example "Far East" for Chatay and Nippon) and needs the War Academy to be build.

I tried this to use the Saurus-Standard -Bearer instead of the normal Army unit when I played as Slann and it worked fine.

i have a request:
well, if the standard Orc Boyz aren't avibalbe and the first orc unit that you can build with the orc is the black ork boyz why not rename them to Grimgor's 'ardboyz (and use that cool grimgor leaderhead from your sig, Stormrage) and use Grimgor Ironhide as their leader ? it will be cool
thanks!:)

It’s being a long time since my last visit in civilisation fanatics, and to my great surprise I found out that the civ3 community is still flourishing! Mods are expanding and new ones are under development. Now I expect the latest expansion for my favourite Warhammer mod! It's time to resume playing civ’s 3 great fantasy mods.

In addition I noticed that some really good fantasy units have been made for civ4. I think I'll return back to modding for civ4 after the expansion pack is published.

Mrtn, Aaglo, mr. Do, well done! I'm waiting for 2.5.

I have a couple of questions.

1) What is the difference between WH2, WH2.1 and WH2.1a?

2) Why is the file for WH2 MUCH bigger than 2.1 and 2.1a?

3) Where are the Chaos Dwarves?

4) What's the "Oak of Ages"? The link in the Wood Elves pedia points to an "invalid entry".

Thanks.

1) WH 2 is the big basic file. WH 2.1 is based on 2.0, so is WH 2.1a. However, 2.1 has been updated to 2.20, this is not the case with 2.1a.

2) Because 2.1 and 2.1a is using everything in 2.0

3)In the game? Download the 2.20 patch and play that. Or did you mean where in the WH world? In that case the answer is behind the worlds edge mountains.

4) A Wood Elf specific wonder.

I noticed that Psychic Llamas has made a couple of exceptional maps for Warhammer. But unfortunately, due to rule changes since 2.16 patch, they won't work correctly with 2.20 because most resources will disappear from the map. I desperately wanted to use one of these maps, so I updated the large one accordingly. This will do the trick, and I think I saved Psychic Llamas’ time.

Get it here

I've already included the 2.20 rules. Hopefully it will also be compatible with 2.50 (it will be if there won't be any resource changes).

I think I did something quite wrong when installing this mod. The main screen of civ III conquests is... well interesting. Names have switched places. So now from top to bottom the options to choose are:
Barricade
Build Barricade
Play Last World
New Game
Quick Start
Load Game
Conquests!
Civ-Content
Hall of Fame
Preferences
So if I want to load a game I'll have to choose Play Last World.
And the date in the game is always Ulriczeit (not sure if it's supposed to be that) and the Arabs colony says: Sid Meier's Civilization, Civ, Civilization are U.S. registered trademarks, Araby Camels
Any ideas what I did wrong??
