After I am through with some important (but annoying) stuff in late June, I plan to launch the EAstern Asia PBEM in July.
But since Warhammer ver 2.0 for C3C should be released, tested, and debugged by then, I would like to know whether there would be some people interested in such a PBEM.
This is an infos thread, not a game thread (at least not yet).
Special rules would include "morality" a la D&D for limiting, forbidding some alliances but that is all.
