Seeing as this is based on Daftpanzer's rules (or someone else's, I'm not too sure), "land" would be defined as you want it. When I was Italy, I made my land mostly mechanized forces and armor.

That is not the case. The alliancew with France is in regards to everyone. My proposal to all Europe including France was about the Soviet Union.

Objection! The Spanish Civil War didn't begin until July 17, 1936. There is no Nationalist Spain on the map; there's not even a Republican Spain. There's only Spain.
