Marsden, we on the staff certainly understand multitasking during Civ time. When I do the HOF updates, I usually wind up with eight internet windows open simultaneously...very easy to lose Civ in there, although lately my "game" has been Minesweeper.

Since you are both here, I know adding workers to your city to pop rush is illegal, what about adding workers and drafting?

Despotism and Communism provide the opportunity to finish city production early at the expense of citizen's lives. This may be done with either natively grown citizens or immigrated workers/settlers. However, you may not add workers/settlers to a city to a city that is rioting or starving.

It's adding workers to starving and rioting cities that's illegal.

Adding workers to poprush is actually legal, as is drafting etc, assuming the city isn't starving and is content or happy. Of course, if you do it too much the city won't be happy long.

I was thinking about what I asked you yesterday, I think I'm going overboard with how hard I'm trying to win, but not break any rules, I remember someone said something about intentionally letting the timer run. I think the hole in my marble bag is getting bigger.
