Weird Unit Problem

So, I fired up my Civ a few minutes ago, started a regular game, and when I go to move my worker, it trailed off the screen and froze the game. What the heck is wrong?

Alright, I return, and it seems to be now that they... lag to their next move. Any thoughts?
