Not sure on copyright issues, but my creedo is use it untill a lawer sends you a cease and dessist order.....
Now I can't remember how I got it working, cause I have it in both .wav and .mp3 format in the sound files. A quick check in the civIII original file structure shows both formats being used so you may have to play around a bit to get it working in the mod.Here's the DL link. Both formats are in the zip. Enjoy!

And a very big Question: Where do I download the latest updated version of this mod from???? Ive been looking arond your workshop but couldnt find a "This is how far we got, download me file" looking at the dates theres got to be some sort of startof to download.
