were exactly should the english UHV cities be?

i recently used the worldbuilder to find out how to get the UHV by placing settlers but im not sure were and on what continents i should have cities.anyone know what qualifiies for a UHV?thank you.

This is a common question theme on the forum: situations in which the game is not documented and the atlas would solve the problem if new people knew where it was. Perhaps the atlas ought to be stickied.

What should be done with the atlas is the fallowing:
1. It should be packed into the download with the mod.
2. It should be linked to from the game pedia.

Agree. So as not to waste a perfectly good thread, what are the best city locations for the English UHV? Is it better to settle in the USA for good city locations, even though they will soon flip to America, or is Canada a better choice? Which are the best cities for Australia etc?

You should settle and keep Chicago, Denver, and New Orleans. The rest of the cities do not matter as you should liberate them to vassals
