What can be worse than a jester? (mini mafia)

At the begining of the third day, all town inhabitants came to the town hall.
But, one of them was missing. After short searching, they found body of Takhisis.

OK, now if one were mafia in this game, lynching anyone is probably a dead loss because they might be a jester. If the mafia can keep going, they win, because they can kill freely at night with no risk of game loss.

Now the quiet players are Gamezrule, who seems to have vanished in general and DaveShack.

This is an interesting game. As a jester you want to look scummy, anyone else has incentive to look jestery. Scum could be hiding as townie in such a small game and such bad odds of hitting a jester. Unfortunately, not enough jestery behaviour to be able to distinguish them.

Odds are, we're looking for an active poster. Mergle seems to think the mafia can't take the risk of lynching anyone (and thus if someone is voting they can't be mafia), but that logic fails because someone's going to get lynched anyway. Vote: Mergle

Dave, that reasoning is quite poor. In this game, a jester would not want to look scummy, because then it could be conceived easily that they are a jester. Jesters generally work best when no one knows that there is a jester. DaveShack's my vote for such poor reasoning.

he would be revealed as a jester after death
but, when scanned by a policeman, he would scan as innocent

All I can say is go one of the jesters. The Town's hope of winning is 0, it is down to either which of the jesters win.

Well, that didn't go well. It didn't help that family activities kept me away long enough that my first post was my last. Mini games go fast.

I hadn't thought of what happens to the victory conditions if it goes down to town vs jesters.
