If I could, I would add another 60 civilizations, if possible, that existed in previous versions of the franchise.

DLC/EXPansion with 20 leaders alternative leaders for existing civilizations;
DLC/EXP 30 with news leaders;
DLC/EXP 10 with indigenous tribes

I would buy them all if necessary.

Nominoe is a far more aggressive Leader than Joanna, wanting to take the fight to his enemies' City-States. Doing so will erode the influence of the Suzerain, while also boosting influence with City-States you wish to take via peaceful means.
