What difficluty do you play?

I've only been here for 9 months! And played for two years...

For us young'uns, three years is an eternity!

I've only been here a couple of months, and played a year! I don't know why, but I sort of skipped from Chieftain all the way to Monarch, because it was WAY too easy. Monarch is sort of a challenge, but I bet I could still win a game on this difficulty.

I play most games on Emporer but have started venturing up to demigod as late with about a 50% win rate.

I can win about 30% of my regent games.

Recently stepped up from Regent to Monarch. I still don't see how you Deity-class players do it...

I play demigod level now. Emperor has just gotten too easy. And the AI still doesn't stand a chance if I have rails...

i'm playing my first Emperor game now, im in third place out of 8, but are in the best position for the industrial age, which i hit just b4 the AI ... im thinking about trying diety in my next game... its more "educational" loosing anyways

I have made the step up to Regent from a very short stay at Warlord from an eternity playing at Chieftain. I was at Chieftain way to long for my good. The games got boring, but on some of the Conquests, it is quite difficult to play some on Chieftain because you do not have the help of the AI.

If I want to relax then Emporer, if I want a fun game Demi or Deity, if I want a challenge sid

Right now I am a Monarch level player. I have tried a couple of games on Emperor, but didn't do too good...

I have 3 votes for Sid and I just can't understand how people can survive on that difficulty. How do you people do it?

Read some Sid SGs in the SG forum... Like the famous LotR7, the first recorded Sid victory.

Emperor for a comfortable game, and Demi-God if I'm feeling restless.

i play on Monarch but will soon move up to Emperor. I didn't know so many people played at emperor. i always thought it was Monarch.

I play whatever the GOTM is.

For solo games, it has to be sid, but it can get frustrating. I do recommend trying tiny map pangea conquest on sid: that really does make for an intense game.

I play Emperor now but I haven't won yet, because the game made an error the last time.
