Monarch. I haven't played higher difficulty levels (yet) and it's also my favourite difficulty level.

I just moved up to Monarch. I haven't tried a higher level yet (Emperor scares me)

I can win on Deity, but it's not that fun. I play Emperor variants a lot more.

Generly play on monarch ocassionlay on emperor but dont do great so I stick to monarch.

My Ego doesn't allow me to play anything below my highest beaten level. So I'm stuck with Deity, and I think it's the most fun level if you play without military and researching from an age behind.SuperBeaverInc. said:

Quit WoW, back to Civ.
Same with me, i EASILY beat warlord, regents a challege for me. i usually want a diplomatic win but people declair war on me so i have to kick their butts. But on thing i can say is that with the persians i can win on a tiny, pangea, emperor map!madviking said:

Tiny Pangea with Persia is not very hard...
People always declare. But the AI won't declare if you
a) have per turn deals, RoP, MPP (the one I use)
b) have a strong military (the one most of us use)

1. get a settler factory going
2. get iron or horses (better if you have both
3. make immortal/horsedudes and speardude stack
4. GO ON A RAMPAGE!! mwahahahaha!

I did A poll on this this cuz I was iinterested(but I dont mind the question being asked again)Average was monarch
Demigod (or Deity when I want a miniscule chance of winning) - it takes skill AND luck. If I make a wrong move it could cost the game. Some may say that's not fun, and I agree - I have to up for the game when I play it. If I'm bored and not into it there's no chance I'm gonna win!
