Its true, communism is an economic system, it may not have happened yet but theres no reason to think state property couldnt possibly function with open elections too.

the only thing I really want is that they don't make it a 3D game like railroad tycoon 3. although revolutions seems to make a step in this direction, which is sad.

To my way of thinking , that ship has already sailed.

CIV I was 2-dimensional. The icons were in the same plane as the map.

CIV II was 3- dimensional- Everything since has been an improvent in 3-D.
