What do you love and hate about CCTP

Well, first of all I think this is just completely amazing how these things got added to the original game. New wonders, new technologies, new units? I was in awe when I first heard about the mod.

For me there is not much to dislike at the moment. The only thing I am struggeling with right now is the strategy of how to build my empire considering all these new things that are in the mod. It is just almost a new expansion of the game like G&K and BNW are. So amazing fans are able to do this with the game. Much praise to you guys!:goodjob:
 
What i love is everything. But there is one thing i hate the most on it: The Bugs!

Sadly it is very badly bugged (for example: Spy-Bug where you can no longer assign spies elsewhere) so that regular playing is impossible.

So i hope that this project wasn't abadoned and we might see a more bug-free version in the future. Like i said i love everything on it (except the bugs XD )
 
It's easier to say what i hate... Ai cannot build proper strategy for themselves... but that can be fixed in future, like bugs. CCTP have many ways to evolve in future, so... It should be an official addon(easier way, very money consuming), but with current amount of creators(programmers?) of this mod(unofficial, free) it's nearly impossible to fully create this mod as complete product, even with big team it will be hard. imho.
 
I downloaded CCTP for the sole reason that I want my civs to head into sc-fi territory after finishing the historical age. Everything else in this mod is paper-weight, especially the pre-historic stuff.
 
Well i hate that my PC has lost all develeopment functions of CCTP and i must restart with coding the whole mod.
Yip thats one of the reasons i wasnt here in a while.
Its so frustrating when hours and hours of hard work are gone and you can start from new.....

I Love pretty much everyting , mostly :

* many resources .. resource means reason for advancing, fighting
* we can't see resources at turn 1 , by tech, that is awesome
* Many different techs , so I must think carefully
* Many Units - Buildings - Worker Improvements...
* manpower , great idea, should be improved though.
* GILGA !


Hate ;

* in first 100 turns , at some point , only units are left to be built , I have to build them, then destroy to avoid negative gold for economy, this is no good.
* addition to 1st , AI have to build as well , so all map is crowded with units ( even state civs as well ) BUT THEY DO NOT ATTACK ME even though I have only a few units.. They must see my weakness and attack , that would not be acceptable.

I'd add some later.

Grand them to a city state and it will be your friend:D

The spy bug the the most lol bug ever, only the community could keep it aware and showed a way to fix it.

realy firaxis what kinds of students programm for you...
