It looks like solid yellowish jello.

Um, no. Its consistency is totally different from jello. Gristle feels like solid jello, fat feels like a maize cob cooked for about an hour.

Um, no. Its consistency is totally different from jello. Gristle feels like solid jello, fat feels like a maize cob cooked for about an hour.

I said it LOOKS like jello(especially in large chuncks)I know that its consistency is different.
