CHA - suped up, flexible, game-long warmonger power, suped up early economy due to what basically amounts to +2

.
Some traits help warring directly, or economy directly. CHA helps both, and is incredibly easy to take advantage of on both counts (build units and...monuments). How important is the +2

? Early in the game, it keeps up with all other economy traits on many maps (work 2 extra cottages or other tiles instead of less maintenance or the financial commerce bonus). In fact, it may even be the difference in optimal tech path priority (currency or CoL before monarchy).
After a while the +2

matters less, but it is never insignificant. The early game is where advantages can snowball, and the economy advantage of CHA really shines there. Of course traits like philosophical, financial, and even ORG offer more to the economy than CHA after a while, by then the player will likely have the option to use the other aspect of the trait - war.
CHA is nice among war traits in that ALL military units benefit from it regardless of type. CHA is the hands-down best trait for mounted troop attacks, but has the flexibility to strengthen any unit - even ships or things like tanks - very easily.
The flexibility and raw benefit are very potent and mix well with all other traits.
