Banning the production of weapons means they are not needed for military situations either. bit like in demolition man. Where to deal with crime and conflict is to use physical force. So banning weapon production is a good idea. Less fatal crimes.
Ban fur production.
Ban money, actually is that possible? It's only paper after all.
Ban land ownership. (Build your own house anywhere you want)
Ban boarders (so there is no more fighting over them.)

You might want to think that one through a little more. Even electric motor cars have transmissions, which have transmission fluid. Ever lubed the lube points on your vehicle? They aren't using Land O' Lakes butter to do that.
