If you think that the "Wrong answer" threads are humerous, then I don't know what you've been reading.
They have the potential to be - I'm sure people could be quite witty, and apply so quite tangential logic and lateral thinking to the statements.
However, it never gets close to that, due to a few with the basic modus operandi of spamming their way through the thread as fast as possible. They don't bother to think about the replies, as that might mean that they can't spam fast enough. And in that thread, with the competition it attracts at certain times of day, if you wait two minutes to think, then the threads moved on three or four posts, and your original, "well thought-out" argument is obsolete.
The sooner they're history, the better.
