Whats new?

I havent been on the site for a few months now so whats new?
Whats a democracy game?
Is "play the world" as good as everyone thought it would be?
Whats the latest patch? The one I have now is 1.21.

It would be much appreciated if someone brought me up to date.

1) Democracy Game: See TF's announcement at the top of this forum. And please visit the Democracy Game forums.

2) PTW: It's great! The current patch to it (1.21f) fixes the worst of the MP problems. Unfortunately, non-US versions are still stuck with patch 1.14.. Single Player mode has been great from release.

3) For Civ3, the latest (and final) patch is v1.29f. For PTW, it is 1.21f for US release, and 1.14 for non-US.

Now go out and read the threads that talk about this stuff, and get yourself caught up! Don't expect us to do it all for you.
