Glad to hear back from you! When I realized the last post was in March, I thought I was doomed to wait forever.

I was actually thinking of 3 maps. Standard map would be the tradational Wetlands. Large Map would be Wetlands, Aiel Waste, and Sea Folk Isles. Huge Map would include the whole world, exluding Shara... Realized it would be going beyond what we know to include the Shara. I think I have the ole WoT Compainion floating around somewhere, but it's probably in some boxes because I've moved more times then I can remember since the last time I looked at that book... (Back when people still used MUDs) Anyway, it may be a good idea for us to work out a plan of attack... I thought the best place to start would be with the tribes. I could work on them while you begin the maps? The Wetlands will be easy, but the areas I'm having trouble doing are of course The Blight, The Seafolk, and The Aiel.
The Blight: The problem is if I should make this even with the other civs, or give it a huge boost and having the world at war with them. The problem is that a AI civ at war with the world probably wouldn't last very long. And for realizism... most of the other Nations didn't even know of The Blight, unless they were in the borderlands. Also because of this problem of contact, I was debating of I should make the Barbs Trollocs and play it like that. This one is giving me the most problems.
The Aiel: Going to make them into 2 unique tribes. Aiel and Shiado Aiel. I feel we can do alot of interesting things with these 2 tribes, and can use the different Societies as UUs.... spearman = Stone Dogs, Scouts= Maidens.... and so on.
The Seafolk: No idea where to start with them.
I'd really like to be able to make figureheads too, but I'm not sure how to make them.... I can add them into the mod, but I don't know where to begin creating the artwork. As for UU I think that we should be able to find enough floating around that we can use them... Crusaders for Whitecloaks, Assassians for Aiel, and so...
Also, did you have any ideas for the magicial ascpects? I was thinking of having the tech tree be somewhat linked... Not sure how to link it up to work though... Aes Sedai in each capitol? Even Amadica?!? I have broken the Ages up though, with the Age of Legends being the FINAL age, not the first age.
Also, since Mat's about 2 months from figuring out Gunpowder, I think we should have some kind of musketman being able to be made in the LATE part of the Game. I doubt we'll be able to use jo-cars in anyway though.
