Where do we send the GOTM 17 submissions and when is the deadline?

My apologies if this info is readily available but I'm not sure if GOTM 17 is due by July 1, 3 or 5. If it was due the end of June then I'm in trouble! I'm also not sure is we're still sending them to Matrix or not...

..can anyone enlighten me?

Duke of Malborough and Smash have taken over the Civ2 GOTM section.
Smash is making the maps and posts them on the 1st of each month.

Duke is responsible for the results, he get´s the submitted games. His civfanatics adress, but I´m not sure how exactly that was. Could someone rewrite it please!

The submission date stays the 5th of the month.
