Mommy and Daddy gave me my parts. I found my computer parts at various e-tailers and stores.
Maybe God supplied Mommy and Daddy. I don't know I wasn't there.

Yeah, memory <=> Arbeitsspeicher. The word for fan is 'Lüfter'. It's in the 'Cooling' category.

RAM would be easier. Some of the words are the same or close to their English counterparts. Others would be impossible without the pictures.
