Where is it?

A year earlier, I saw a mod in the Civ5 Creation & Customization Modpacks, which was much like Civ4's Rhye's and Fall.

It was on an earth map, and each civ had missions to accomplish to acquire bonuses.
I'd like to try it, bit I can't find it in the forum.
