Where is the Military Overview panel?

It was really easy to access/see all current units being fielded from one single info panel called 'Military Overview' in CIV5, yet I can't seem to find a button that opens such windows,

Does the function not exist? or am I simply not finding it?

PS. I also can't seem to recruit any Missionaries or Apostles from anywhere in my empire, even from cities that has the Holy Site with Shrines and Temples (yes, I founded the religion). Anyone know why??

Select a military unit and select its name from the unit panel. I found it by accident.

There is no military report, just a unit list (click on the unit name).

Religious units can only be purchased with Faith, which is in a different tab in the production menu.
