Around $1000 maybe more.
I'd rather go online and save the money on tax, and I'd like to be able to configure a computer online like alienware's site so I can see all my options. Anyone know any decent alternatives to alienware?

Not to mention that Alienware is under the wing of Dhell. STAY AWAY FROM DELLNewegg.com is a good site (I am assuming you live in the USA). Alienware is horribly overpriced.

Having said that, I got mine from Best Buy. There's just something about buying computers over the internet that I don't like. Even if it were Newegg.
Who needs the Geek Squad? There's a local computer repair shop that would be able to take care of it.When it breaks, have fun trying to get the Geek Squad to actually fix the problem.
