Where's the Smoky Skies' Unique Abilities article?

Hiya, I can't find this article that listed the pics of four out of five Empires of the Smoky Skies scenario's leaders, and also their unique abilities.

Anyone who remembers this article or a link to the UAs?

No the article had a leader selection screen... or was it a video where you could see them.
